We are a logistics service provider with a focus on so-called "in-house outsourcing activities".

With our currently approx. 200 employees at 8 different locations in Poland and Germany, we support our customers in their daily operations. And we have been doing so for almost 30 years! We have been owner-managed in Germany since 1997 and in Poland since 2022.

L.max stands for problem solving as well as logistics, labour work/service or warehousing. We and our employees will gladly work for you in these three areas.

Organization in small, project-related units makes us very flexible for on-site work; we can build or relocate additional capacities on short notice if required. Our flat hierarchy and decisions made right at the project guarantee for fast reactions and also make us cost-efficient.

YOUR PRODUCT’S INDIVIDUAL LOOK

The most obvious step in the manufacturing process is always the one where the customer’s requirements deviate from the standard process. Six bottles cherry, orange and apple each per level, insert the card and put on the sign. No problem for us!

For fruit juice producers, for example, we are setting up beverage displays and complete them with the desired range of juices. On request, we will also apply banderols and labels to the packages and/or shrink-wrap them.

We attach hangers to flat goods to turn them into hanging garments. This includes the professional insertion of hangers into shirts, t-shirts or jackets.

WE ALWAYS COUNT RIGHT

Ten times size 36. For textile vendors, we assemble perfectly fitting garment deliveries to the different branch offices, so that each and every point of sale has a sufficient stock of its personal best-selling products. For consumer goods producers, we assemble product alignment on the pallet as desired by the retail trade.

From a technical point of view, we offer simple counting as well as pick-by-light or pick-by-voice and deliver just the right amount, no matter if the work is to be performed with pen and paper, touch screen or barcode scanner. What may we pick for you?

SAFELY PACKAGED TO THE DESTINATION.

The finished goods must be well-packed before they can reach the customer. As experienced logisticians, we know all about breakage safety and pallet sizes, as well as the shipping method best suitable.

We will gladly suggest to you suitable packaging and transport solutions and implement them with our employees: As box, cardboard box, envelope or coiled general cargo as packaging units.

A badly managed warehouse will put a strain on your balance sheet. Therefore, L.MAX Polska offers competent stock management to provide a reliable overview of present and required items at any point of time in your own and external storehouses alike.

You would like to relieve your production and outsource assemblies. We assemble in your factory. We are looking forward to take over your processes within a framework of a work contract on piece price basis.

That´s how we serve a household appliance manufacturer at his assembly lines. We are responsible for organizing the logistical and work processes between the respective transfer points.

Performance is work by time. Which one of these three figures is most important for you? Certainly the work performed on your order. From a personnel service provider, you will purchase time. At L.MAX Polska, you will only pay for tasks fulfilled. Of course, we also ensure good performance your work will be performed in a timely manner and in compliance with deadlines.

We invoice our customers based on contracts for work, meaning at an amount agreed in advance per piece or pick.
